DCI Marketing, Inc. is pleased to announce that the company has received a Bronze Medal from EcoVadis, in recognition of its sustainability practices and policies.
EcoVadis assesses sustainability using 21 criteria grouped into four themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. These criteria are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, the ISO 26000 standard, the CERES Roadmap, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, also known as the Ruggie Framework.
“Sustainability is vital in our industry, and it’s an ongoing goal of DCI to continuously improve our efforts to source, design, manufacture and deliver our retail marketing products with sustainability in mind,” says DCI Marketing President Pat McGriff. “We are greatly encouraged to have our efforts recognized through this Bronze Medal from EcoVadis.”
"Sustainability is a key focus of many of our clients, especially when it comes to fixtures and retail environments,” says Beauty Account Director Sarah Turbow. “That's why it's so important to us at DCI to transparently demonstrate how we keep sustainability at the forefront of everything we do. Being awarded our first Bronze Medal shows the dedication that DCI has put forth to lead the industry in creating sustainable experiences.”
