This Privacy Notice describes our handling of personal information in connection with your use of our websites, mobile apps, and the services we provide. By using our websites, mobile apps, and services, you hereby consent to these terms.

Categories, Sources, and Purposes of Personal Information

The chart below lists the categories of personal information we have collected, the sources from which we have collected personal information, and our purposes for sharing personal information, within the last twelve (12) months:

1. Source of Personal Information

We receive personal information from the following:

• Information You Provide Us Directly. We collect personal and transactional information (purchase-related history) which you provide us directly, 4for example, in connection with a purchase, a service/event, a promotion, or an application for a subscription program. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under the age of 16 without affirmative authorization.
• Information Collected Through Automated Technologies. We use cookies, tags, and other technologies to track and collect browsing, purchase activity, and personal information. Our mobile applications also collect unique identifiers and geolocation information- if you have enabled locations services on your device.
• Information We Receive from Other Parties. We may obtain information about you from other sources for purposes such as prospecting and/or enhancing the information you have provided.
• Cookies: To enhance your experience with our websites, many of our pages use “cookies.” Cookies are text files that are placed on your computer to store your preferences or for other record-keeping purposes. Cookies and other user tracking mechanisms (e.g., local shared objects), by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering at our websites. 2. How We Use the Information We Collect

Personal Information may be used for the following purposes:

• Our Products & Services. We use personal information to process and fulfill your orders, refunds or exchanges, requests for products, services or information, to provide customer service, improve user experience, and to provide you services across multiple devices.

3. How We Share Your Personal Information

• Other Reasons: o: (a) satisfy applicable law, regulations, legal process or valid governmental request, (b) enforce the terms of use applicable to our services, (c) detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues, (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers or the public as required or permitted by law, (e) if we acquired by or merged with another company, or in the event of consolidation or reorganization, or if all of a portion of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding or as part of a similar transaction.

4. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

• Stop Certain Collection and Use of Your Personal Information: Marketing Emails, Texts and Mail. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to ConsumerRightsRequest@dcim.com . If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.
• Change or Correct Your Personal Information. At any time, you can request access to your personal information, request that any inaccuracies be corrected, or request that comments or explanations be added to records about you. You may contact us sending an email to ConsumerRightsRequest@dcim.com. To prevent unauthorized changes, we may ask for certain information to verify your identity before we process such requests.
• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out. You can also always opt-out by sending us an email with your request to ConsumerRightsRequest@dcim.com.
• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to see information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target audience preferences, you can opt-out by emailing us at ConsumerRightsRequest@dcim.com.

5. How We Protect Your Personal Information

We employ technical, physical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information and require third parties with whom we work to do the same, taking into account the nature and scope of our activities, the sensitivity of the data we collect, and the feasibility of implementation. However, we cannot guarantee your information will be completely safe against unauthorized access. Please use caution when sharing your information with others and take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of your username and password.

If you think the personal information you provided to us has been improperly accessed or used, or if you suspect that unauthorized purchases have been made on our websites using your personal information, please contact us immediately by sending email to ConsumerRightsRequest@dcim.com

At times, our website may contain links to third-party websites or applications, including third-party products or services. Any access to and use of such linked products or service is not governed by this policy, but, instead, is governed by the privacy policies or terms of use of those third parties, even though some of these other products or services may be co-branded with us. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third parties.

6. CUSTOMER SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

California residents have the following rights:

• The Right to Disclosure
  You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.
• The Right to Deletion of Personal Information
  You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct your service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
• The Right to Opt-Out of the sale of personal information to third parties. We do not sell your personal information.
• The Right to not be Discriminated Against Based on Exercising any of the Above Rights
  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
  o Deny you goods or services.
  o Charge you a different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  o Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  o Suggest that you many receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

We do not offer financial incentives at this time. However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Should we offer a financial incentive, we will notify you through this policy. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

7. EXERCISING YOUR CCPA RIGHTS

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to fulfilling the above requests. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for disclosure or deletion twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

1. Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this policy from time to time. When we do, will post the change(s) on the website. If we make any material changes in the way we use or disclose the information you provide to us, we will provide appropriate notice to you.

Your continued use of the website means that you acknowledge and accept these changes.
